My husband, Joseph, and I met Greg Kitzmiller at an open house. We were considering selling our condo and possibly buying a home, so every time we passed an open house we would take a peek at the home and a possible realtor. The house Kitz was a little out of our price range, but it was a beautiful home. All of the other realtors we had met were a little too pushy and we would move on, but Kitz caught our attention. Kitz took the time to sit down and discuss properties with us, and he treated us like potential buyers instead of two young kids wasting his time.
We went home and discussed our options and gave Kitz a call and he came to our house the following weekend. He was prepared with contracts and a notebook of town homes andsingle family homes in our price range and location. Our condo was put on the market the following month, because of personal reasons, and Kitz had no problem with waiting.
When our first of three offers came in, we felt no pressure by Kitz to take it, and we did not. The second contract came in shortly after and Kitz left it to us to counter the contract however we wanted, and an hour and a half later, we were done. Kitz sat patiently and played with our 2-year old daughter while we decided.
Then we began our search for a home. Greg was great with putting up with our final decisions that kept changing, the late night phone calls of worry questions, and working around our work schedules. No quesiton was left unanswered, even if it was the 10th time it was asked, and no phone call was left unreturned. To put the icing on the cake, they catered a house warming party. What realtor does that?
When it comes time to buy and sell again we will definitely go with Kitz & Associates Real Estate.

My wife, Susan, and I want to thank you for handling several successful transactions. We had two homes to sell and one to buy over the summer. My condo in Aurora and especially Susan's townhouse in Lakewood generated a great number of showings in a market crowded with entry level homes for sale. Your staff always reached us and arranged the showings easily. Most importantly, the properties sold in a reasonable time period to the first person who made an offer and at a fair price. Kitz handed the negotiating with the buying parties very diplomatically, as requests were made that had to refused.

Then, there is the wonderful house that is now our home. Kitz had shown us a house at my request that didn't suit us. Asking us what we liked and disliked about what we had just seen, he took us to one of his own listings. This was the only house we needed to see! It fit our requirements and delighted us with it charms. Once again, Kitz, it a doubly difficult position, negotiated the deal between his buyer and his seller to our mutual satisfaction.

Kitz wasn't done though. After we had moved in and set up our household, Susan and I held a large housewarming party with our family, friends and new neighbors. Kitz provided the beverages for our adults and children and were delightful party guests themselves. So, Greg, thank you for being a part of our lives this summer and we wish you the success you desire and deserve.

My girlfriend and I had been living in apartments for several years and had always wanted to buy a home for our selves. We were hesitant and somewhat intimidated by the whole buying process. We had no idea how to begin looking for our ideal home. When my girlfriend and I got engaged we knew it was time to start looking. We started by stopping in at some model homes in areas in which we wanted to live. That is where we met Kitz.

Kitz was friendly and informative. He began asking us questions that helped him understand what we were looking for. Shortly after, we started receiving emails every night that depicted homes in our price range, in our desired area, and with the features we were looking for. The emails were very descriptive and included pictures of the homes. When we found homes that we liked Kitz would pick me up the next day and show me the homes. The intimidating buying process suddenly began getting easier.

Once we found a home it was time to begin the buying process. Kitz came to our house whenever we were available, even after hours. He explained everything to us in basic terms and was very quick when it came time to secure a contract. Kitz gave the seller a cover letter with our picture to help the seller decide which prospective buyer to sign a contract with. That definitely helped in our situation. Once we were moved in and happily living in our house, Kitz catered a house warming party for us.

We are very happy living in our new home. In a nutshell Kitz just made it easy, thanks!
